1Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the rjbet website accessible at rjbet.one and all services provided within it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the rjbet platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player for the purpose of using rjbet services.

3Account Registration and Management

Registering an rjbet account is free. Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate and current at all times.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

The rjbet platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The main conditions for financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM50.
• The minimum withdrawal for each payment method is RM100.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed in less than 1 hour.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same player's name.

rjbet reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security review or identity verification purposes. Any withdrawal involving suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All transactions are recorded and can be reviewed by players through the transaction history section in their account. If there is a discrepancy, players have 30 days from the transaction date to submit a complaint to rjbet.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

In addition to the welcome bonus, rjbet also provides a VIP programme with three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively based on player wagering activity. The conditions and eligibility for advancing VIP tiers are subject to periodic account activity assessment.

rjbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are advised to check the promotions page regularly for the latest information.

6Player Conduct and Responsible Use

Players on the rjbet platform are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respect a fair gaming environment. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

11Account Closure and Suspension

• The player breaches any provision of these terms and conditions.
